Adrianne is the heart behind the scenes at Mor. Partner to Kayley, proud mum, and dedicated military personnel, she juggles it all with strength and a smile. From managing day-to-day administration to supporting events and welcoming members with a barista-made coffee from our beautiful Brewing Duck Coffee Van, Ady plays a vital role in the Mor community.
A passionate rugby player, Adrianne represents the Royal Navy Senior Women’s Rugby Team and has had the honour of playing at the iconic Allianz Stadium. She also plays locally for Helston Women’s Rugby Team, continuing to grow and inspire through her rugby journey.
Whether she's on the pitch, brewing your flat white, or keeping things running behind the scenes, Ady brings energy, commitment, and a true team spirit to everything she does.

Hi, I’m Shannon!
I have a degree in Sport, Health & Exercise Science and a real passion for helping people move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives. Alongside my full-time job in the council, I also serve as an on-call firefighter—so I know the importance of staying fit, resilient, and ready for anything.
I’m also a mum to two young girls, which makes me even more passionate about teaching children the impact and positivity of exercise and looking after their bodies. Helping the next generation build confidence, stay active, and enjoy moving is a big part of why I do what I do.
I’m really excited to be working alongside Kayley at Mor, supporting and inspiring those involved in the Mor Youth classes. You’ll often find me in a 9:30am class or throwing a barbell around in a lift class!

Sharon - Run Leader
I’m a passionate runner (mostly trails) who finds joy in exploring nature one step at a time. Over the years, I’ve completed several marathons and ultra marathons, each one teaching me something new about endurance, resilience, and community.
As a run leader, I aim to create a welcoming and supportive space for runners of all levels. Whether you’re chasing a personal best, building confidence, or simply enjoying the rhythm of moving outdoors, my goal is to keep things encouraging, and fun.
When I’m not leading runs, you’ll likely find me seeking out new trails, or swapping stories with fellow runners.
By day I work at Helston hospital as part of the inpatient and community rehab team, as well as a mum of three.

After 7 years in the Royal Navy, I was medically discharged due to PCOS and chronic pelvic pain—forcing me to completely rethink how I moved and lived. Then I found Pilates!
It gave me my strength, confidence, and freedom back (without the pain), and now I’m all about helping others feel the same. My classes are fun, uplifting, and just the right amount of spicy—no pressure, just feel-good movement that works with your body.
When I’m not teaching, I’m usually selling coffee, soaking up the sun with my fiancé and friends, or enjoying an Aperol spritz 🍊
Long term, I’m working towards becoming an adult nurse, combining my background as a military medic with my love for movement and helping people feel their best.

Originally from Scotland but moved down here with Navy about 9 years ago. Started Crossfit not long after moving down and loved it straight away. Never been into sports my whole life but just loved how inclusive it is and how supportive everyone is!
Completed CF LVL1 just before leaving the Navy in 2023. Left the Navy Jan 2024, currently working as a Dairy Engineer, maintaining dairy parlour all over Devon and Cornwall!
Whilst in the Navy, I started Gig Rowing, probably one of the biggest sports in Cornwall! Loved it and helped so much with technique on the rowers! Havent been out in a boat since leaving the Navy over a year ago but rowers are still my favourite!

My name is Emily, I’m Cornish from Porthleven. I have been training in functional fitness and weightlifting for around 12 years, and it’s always been a passion of mine. I’m beyond excited to be coaching at Mor Fitness, alongside Kayley to deliver fun and testing classes for all abilities. Mor Fitness is such an inclusive, positive community that I’m proud to be a part of and really looking forward to getting stuck in and the new facility. I’ll be specialising in functional fitness and barbell work. When I’m not at the gym I’m doing my full time job as a marine biologist 🐟

Hi, I’m Sophie. I’m a Yoga Alliance Certified Vinyasa teacher and a mum of three.
Teaching yoga has been a dream of mine for a long time and, after some encouragement from my yoga teacher, I finally took the plunge and started my training last year. It has been a great decision. I’m really enjoying teaching.
I strongly believe that yoga helps everything. Through a regular practise you will see improvements to balance, flexibility, strength, cardiovascular health and muscle tone. The benefits aren’t just physical though, yoga can help with managing stress and anxiety. My favourite quote about yoga, which summarises my feelings is that ‘we don’t live to do yoga; we do yoga so that we may live - more easily, joyously and gracefully’.
When I’m not teaching I enjoy family walks with my children and golden retriever Pickle, taking in the beautiful countryside and coastline that Cornwall has to offer and reading.
I’m very much looking forward to teaching Yoga at Mor and meeting the members. See you on the mat!

I completed my training with BSY in Manchester over 10 years ago, teaching in private yoga studios, gyms and on a 1:1 basis. I’m now returning to teach Yoga and Pilates at Mor in a holistic and trauma-informed way. Outside of Mor, I work with First Light, supporting and empowering survivors of domestic abuse and sexual violence, helping to shape compassionate, effective service provision. My work definitely informs how I teach, with an emphasis on listening to your own body and moving at your own pace.
I’m currently in the last year of my degree in Counselling, which complements my approach to movement and wellbeing. My sessions will focus on improving mobility, building strength and confidence while also supporting overall wellbeing and nervous system regulation.
I’m excited to be part of such a supportive space, where everybody is encouraged to move and grow. As a mum to two boys, I understand the juggle and I want to provide classes that are welcoming, adaptable, and genuinely supportive of everybody.
