MOR Youth Provision
The MOR Youth Provision is a structured, age-specific programme designed to introduce children and young people to the benefits of movement, fitness, and functional training in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. With three distinct classes for different age groups, our Youth Provision ensures that each stage of development is supported appropriately, fostering confidence, coordination, and a positive relationship with exercise from an early age.
Age-Specific Classes
Age-Specific Classes
Mor Minis (Ages 3–5 | 30 minutes)
A playful introduction to movement, focusing on balance, coordination, basic motor skills, and body awareness. Activities use games and imagination to make fitness fun and engaging for little ones.
Mor Kids (Ages 5–8 | 45 minutes)
Designed to build on foundational movement, this class develops strength, agility, coordination, and body mechanics. Children are encouraged to explore new skills through fun, structured exercises that improve fitness and confidence.
Mor Next Gen (Ages 9–17 | 1 hour)
For older children and teens, this class focuses on **functional movements, body mechanics, and metabolic conditioning** in a more challenging but still enjoyable format. The aim is to build strength, fitness, and resilience while fostering teamwork and a lifelong love of movement.
